Erik Stackpole Undéhn 1976 is based in Los Angeles CA. After assisting various photographers Erik became a freelance photographer in 1998 where he mostly worked editorial and on various personal projects always shot on film. As work grew and became more commercial he went over to digital photography but always kept the analog photography in his personal projects, and still does. Three times (2007/2012/2016) Erik has been awarded with the sought after grant for image artists from The Swedish Board of Arts (Konstnärsnämnden).
In 2015 he published the book Vista which is a collection of personal work from 2006-2015. The book was designed by Bedow Stockholm. The book is printed in 300, signed and numbered copies
Erik divides his time between commercial commissions, editorial work and personal projects.
